Founded by Mr. Frank Crump, UPI Loan Fund, a division of UPI Education, is the result of years of training and providing tools for navigating life for hundreds of individuals. Committed to helping families, businesses, and communities gain access to affordable capital, UPI Loan Fund plays an essential role in economic growth and development within low to moderate-income communities. Our partnership will not only allow our CDFI funding to make changes in the lives of our clients, but it will also enable SOH to step into other exciting opportunities with which we have been blessed.
